"We started this project with Rob from Fire It Up. We had a crack in the floor of the fireplace to be fixed and we wanted gas logs installed. Rob seemed knowledgeable and personable even the first time he showed up for the initial evaluation and quote. Once he started the job, Rob sealed all the cracks and after a couple days when the cement had cured, he was able to install the gas logs. Rob even returned to fix the way the fire displayed through the logs when we indicated that we were not initially satisfied. He made it right. "I needed my water heater to be replaced. I am very happy with this wonderful company. Everyone I spoke to over the phone to start was so professional but yet really personable. Dave was a pleasure to talk to and made me feel like I had no worries. Also they quoted the job 400.00 less than many. They were here within an hour of my call and Rob Mondi and his team were just as professional and nice. They explained everything they would do and kept me posted throughout the job.
