Very quickly I had a walkthrough, discussed all potential jobs and had an estimate! They installed some baseboards, relocated a wall-mounted TV, installed 2 new ceiling fans, re-caulked the main bathtub/shower combo and fixed some issues with my vinyl plank flooring.
