"Excellent service. What is especially important for others to know is I purchased the windows 16 years ago. Twice I had issues with a window and the service was quick and I was not charged for the repair/replacement because of the lifetime warranty. Best investment I have made as a homeowner! "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me. Overall, they're good designs. However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning. I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question. I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done. If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"They came on time and snaked out my drain. Since my sewer line goes way out in my yard they had to add two lines to the first line to reach the clog. Excellent job, very professional. They also gave me tips to keep my sewer cleaned out from the roots. I am very happy with there service and will call them again if needed. Thank you very much.
