"Everything went very well.  Job well done. Very detailed oriented. Very clean and  work done in a very timely manner.  I had estimates for a new furnace only and the cost was going to be around $4,500.00.  That did not include anything done on the air conditioner or new gas line.  I have not had any problems with my new system.  He installed another furnace for me at a rental property. And everything went very well and also saved me a lot of money."

"They didn't charge me for a service call because they found a cracked heat exchanger. The only thing I didn't like was I had to go about four days without heat while they ordered a furnace to fit my house. Other than that, the service was good, the employees were friendly. They installed a new unit and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend them."

A blockage in the ductwork may prevent air from flowing through the vent. If some rooms in your home are very hot or cold and another isn't, that can be a sign that a vent is blocked. Another sign of a blockage is a buildup of dirt or dust around the vent. In either case, a duct installer or cleaning service can investigate the issue for you and recommend a course of action.

If left untreated, a frozen AC unit can lead to costly damage, especially to the compressor and evaporator coils. There are many signs of a bad AC fan motor, including if the fan blades don’t spin when the AC kicks on or if they keep spinning when the AC is off. The AC fan cools down the condenser coil, so a faulty motor can also cause the system to overheat. Unusual noises in the exterior AC unit, including grinding or rattling sounds, may also be a sign that the AC fan motor is worn out.

If possible, avoid placing furniture in front of a return air vent. A blocked air vent can cause your HVAC system to use more energy, which in turn can lower the life span of your unit and raise your energy bill. Furniture can also trap hot or cold air, damaging your furniture or appliances. 

Professional duct installers suggest leaving between six and 12 inches of space in front of an air return vent. If you must place furniture in front of a return air vent, try to aim for putting furniture over a floor vent instead of in front of a wall vent, and avoid draping curtains over any vent system.
