The job took two days for an individual to complete. He removed and replaced the plaster in one day and then came back on a second day to sand down the plaster and clean up. The work was excellent. Our window wells have curved walls (instead of 90-degree angles) and he did an excellent job...

See above, they came out more than once to replace parts when the first try failed made sure to fix it and didnt charge extra for after hours repair due to the fact it wasn't completely repaired the first visit. Very professional and prompt.
