1.2k+ Used Capps last year in our bathroom to clear a clog in the shower that backed up with waste that came up. instead of going to the crawlspace to clear the main, they just removed the toilet. Not preferred, but okay.... biggest problem was that not only did they not clean up the waste like...
I had selected Granite Heroes given their proximity to me and the fact that they were slightly lower than another service I had called. The job was to restore my black marble tile lining the shower, half the bathroom walls and covering the entire floor after significant etching over the years...
I had a very good experience. The job was done quickly and neatly. There was a problem with the front door which is stained and polyurethaned. They came back several times and worked with me to get the old finish stripped and the door restored. It now looks very good.

Months later we got them back from the ex-con and hoodlum they sent to rob the owner totally destroyed and had to pay another $1300 to get them back. We feared for our safety because they wanted to know if the house was for sale and what types of cars we were driving. They prey upon the elderly. Do not use this company unless you have a criminal attorney on retainer. Stay away from DeSitter at all costs."
