Decisions for ceiling lights, under the counter lights updated, using existing cut spaces to fit the updated lighting. Checked all electrical outlets for appropriate wiring. Same with existing ceiling fans, wiring appropriately. Sanded, primed and painted the ceiling joists that were not taped but caulked incorrectly by a previous handyman. Discussed fixing many cracks in the ceiling throughout the open concept for 3 rooms. He sent me an itemized quote for all items . Also redid 5 ceiling lights with new lighting electric boxes. Will be discussing a choice of floor for a home on a slab. His work is thoughtful, compliant for coded work. He is nice, respectful, and descriptive to his work status and work status. "Drywall Repair and Framing a Wall: We hired Jim to fix a hole in our ceiling which was caused by a water leak and to rework a closet in one of our bedrooms. He gave us an estimate on a Monday, completed the work on Tuesday and Wednesday. His work was impeccable. You cannot tell where our ceiling was repaired.
