AVAILABILITY: • KENSINGTON is available for scheduled and last-minute requests • Complimentary consultations are provided for first-time clients (please contact us to schedule) • A service contract must be executed prior to any preformed service • Minimum requirement for service is 1 hour; thereafter clients are billed in 30 minute increments PAYMENT: • Service rates vary between $35.00 - $85.00 per hour (to request a rate sheet, please email [email protected]) • KENSINGTON issues client invoices via email on a bi-weekly schedule (clients are given 10 days to make payment) • Accepted forms of payment are cash, check and Paypal • Cost of goods associated with service requests will be billed directly to clients as "reimbursement" (proof of expenses will be provided) • 10% interest is added to all reimbursements • Should an automobile be required for client service, an additional $15.00 per hour will be added to the hourly rate; Unlimited mileage is included CANCELLATION POLICY: • Cancellations and/or changes made to an appointment date or time, occurring prior to 24 hours before start, will be accommodated free of charge • If 24 hour notice is not provided, clients will be invoiced for the entire booked appointment CONFIDENTIALITY: • KENSINGTON values the privacy of our clients; discretion is guaranteed and personal information is kept secure • KENSINGTON will never sell or exchange client information • For the security of our clients, all KENSINGTON staff has undergone a background investigation LEGAL: • KENSINGTON reserves the right to refuse any service that is immoral, punishable by law, or may put staff at risk • Clients are not responsible for providing employment benefits to KENSINGTON employees • Should KENSINGTON provide third party recommendations at a clients request, KENSINGTON is held free of responsibility for third party services provided

World Business Solutions can provide maintenance and janitorial services for any size home or business and any sized budget.We will accommodate 1 day of services or up to 7 days per week. Some client need house cleaning once a week, once a month, as need or for special occasions. Smaller companies with 5-20 employees may only need the occasional trash pickup or vacuuming a few nights a week. A large company with over 40 employees may need daily janitorial service. In some cases, large companies may daily cleaning however we will accommodate meeting your need. Including, a free, no obligation cleaning estimate for both Residential and Commercial. Will provide cleaning materials or utilize those on site.
