Hello im rick im a welder at heart and do it every day i do have a small welder for small jobs of all kinds .but i guess u can say im like a jack of all trades but master of none but im pretty good at most of the things i do from painting inside and outsides of houses to landscaping lil bricck work .just ask and if i feel comfortable doing what you need ill be sure happy to get it done for you..

It depends: You can wallpaper over non-coated wallpaper, but you should never wallpaper over vinyl-coated wallpaper. This non-recommended method will cause the new wallpaper to fail to stick, which can lead to bubbling, imperfections, and even mold growth between the layers of wallpaper. Consult a professional wallpaper hanger to determine your existing wallpaper type or remove the current wallpaper and paste residue so that the new wallpaper will adhere properly.

You can hide wallpaper seams when painting by applying joint compound over them and then sanding thoroughly until smooth. While it is possible to paint over wallpaper, it’s not always ideal. If the wallpaper is firmly adhered, has no bubbling or peeling, and isn’t textured, you can try to prime and paint over it. Use an oil-based primer to prevent the adhesive from bleeding through. However, if the paper is damaged or loose, removal is the better long-term solution.
