Hi there my name is Christopher Wetter. I am the proud owner of my business Homeland Painters which I started in June of 2002. As a kid I was always into drawing and painting so for me it comes natural and haven't worked a day since I started. I don't need tape for painting and can brush a straight line left or right handed. I was the Sherwin Williams 2009 cut in champion which really doesn't mean much but I would make a point of saying it when I walked into the paint store lol. The materials I use depend on what it is I am doing. I'm not about to use paint that's $65 dollars a gallon if you plan on moving in 2 years. I really enjoy going through colors and types of paints that are going to fit your lifestyle and expectations. I also provide a lot of handyman services as well for many different things. Also I have painted every home on my own since 2002. Thanks

The owner Christopher Wetter was very professional and personable. Did a great job on my painting project, got it done in a timely manner and the price was affordable. I would definitely hire him again especially after I found out he does Handyman kind of things. Also he is local for me which means a lot because I alway try to shop local. Good guy, I felt comfortable having him in my home plus he liked my animals :)

Chris is honest and careful with his work. His cost are very reasonable and he does what he promises. I would recommend him to anyone who needs painting done. He painted all ceiling and all walls, plus some outside doors, door trim and shutters. A great guy.

Very happy with the deck restain Chris did for us. Throughout the bidding process he was responsive and thorough. He showed up on the day agreed and had the job done that day. He works fast but does not cut corners. Very happy with the quality. Even though we didn't ask for it, he applied 2 coats to the deck and 3 to the handrails. Strongly recommended.

Chris was very prompt in all responses and provided us a quote quickly. He was able to fit us in for a project within our timeline which we appreciated. Chris was very kind and touched up a few places for us as he noticed they needed them without us asking. He returned back to our home to put a second coat in some places that did not originally cover.

Chris never gave me a written estimate or a receipt (he told me he used his last invoice) when finished painting condo despite numerous requests. I was told he would drop by at a later date with receipt. That did not happen. So I called him to ask once more and again was told he would get it to me. That did not happen. My spare room was painted a dark color and at first, I did not notice it did not cover. I really feel that 2 coats would have been more appropriate. If I can not get him to give me a receipt, I seriously doubt I will be able to get him back to correct the issues I found after he left. I could go on but I would run out of the room. Chris tried to contest this review it was taken down for 5 days. When I provided pictures, voicemails, text messages that proved my complaint was valid it was reinstated.

"Well, the truth behind this is that this client wanted me to do work on her condo that the HOA is responsible for and then bill the HOA. Sorry, can't do that unless the homeowners association authorized me to do the work. She obviously did not like that. We all know text messages can be deleted do we? Or take a picture of a room I did not actually paint as well. LAsI said she didn't like the HOA situation."

I also found Chris on HomeAdvisor . Chris is very professional and very helpful . He was very neat and through no paint on woodwork always checked for holidays so nothing was missed. I will always call him in the future for all our painting needs from now on.

I actually found Chris through Home Advisor 4 years ago, and hired him for wall painting then. When I made the decision to get my ceilings painted in my living area; foyer; and hallway I thankfully was able to find Chris' contact information. He did a fabulous job! Fast, reasonable, neat, and on time!
