Was very efficient. Came on time. Was very helpful even to replacing battery in remote at no charge. Replaced broken spring and maintenance the 2nd door. I don't think I could of gotten better pricing. Very respectful and courteous. Will recommend to call my friends

Tate was reasonably priced when comparing quotes from different contractors. He had to replace the springs on my garage door. He was very efficient and got my garage door back working. He checked over my garage door and let me know of potential things to watch out for since the previous owner had slightly dinged the garage door with their vehicle. I had bought the replacement ez set torsion spring for the system that we had in place and Tate tried installing it for me. But it wasn’t quite the right size spring and no available options from Menards seemed to match the old spring. So instead he replaced the whole torsion spring setup to a regular one and it is working well, much quieter and smoother than before. Fair price and good honest service.

Tate was very helpful and did the job in a cost effective way. He was super professional and punctual.

Contacted him to repair my garage door, but when he came, he didn't have the parts for the repair. He closed the garage door manually, which took about 30 minutes and he billed me $250(this amount is outrageous).

Most contractors today communicate occasionally. Not Tate. He not only contacted me immediately, but he also followed up and followed up. His fee was very fair. His work was/is very good. He had some challenges with the install of the replacement garage door opener (not his doing but the equipment being installed) and he worked and searched for his options to get things done professionally.
