We had a sunroom and bath added to our h ome and we just love them. The crew of guys were always very polite and just a great group of young men doing the best job we could of imagined. Ruben was always on top of the job, making sure things were done right. He came every day to check on his crew and asked if we had any concerns. "After talking to a few other contractors, we decided to hire Kodiak to gut and remodel our kitchen. Working with Mike, Jared, and Ryan couldn't have been a better experience for this generally confused and anxious home owner who'd never hired out for something like this before. Mike was great on the business side, and stuck to what he said, and was very direct and upfront about what was and wasn't feasible, and he and Rob from Cabinet Land put together a great looking floor plan that works much better for us. Jared and Ryan were on time every day, bright eyed, bushy tailed, and ready to go without complaint or excuse. They were very easy to discuss the project with, and were quick to ask questions instead of assuming. They were also very gracious in letting me; the curious, interested, and probably at times obnoxious homeowner be curious, interested, and at times, probably obnoxious. Jared also installed ridge vents in my attic, and a new back storm door. All that being said, I couldn't be happier with Kodiak and their work, and will definitely hire them for future projects."

"I needed to have the cabinets adjusted to fit more modern appliances, and I also needed to have a storm door replaced. Tom did an excellent job on both occasions. He always communicated in a timely way, He worked well with me on the appliance delivery day to uninstall appliances, and he stayed late to install the appliances which entailed several adjustments. The appliance delivery was late by a month, and he still fit me into his schedule--a man of his word. He did good work and everything looks good and works well. I would certainly hire again."
