The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."

"I first met Chris at the Indianapolis Home Show in Jan 2012 and I was initially impressed with his professionalism. I held onto his contact information and after contacting other home security providers, I decided to purchase a new home security system from Secure In Home Services.  When Chris came to my home, he was kind, courteous and did a wonderful job explaining all of the details involved with installing a new security system.  I was most impressed with the fact that he uses genuine Honeywell components since I had read a lot of bad reviews on GE security components.  Since I had a previously installed system that also used Honeywell components, Chris was able to discern which components needed replaced and which ones could remain.  Chris seemed to pay very close attention to detail as well.  For example, while my system was being installed, he applied ADT Security decals to nearly every exterior window and door instead of leaving a stack of decals for me to apply later.  Chris, also replaced all of the batteries in the existing components I was keeping.  Chris was able to arrange for the system to be installed on the same day.  The installer, Kenneth, did a fantastic job and consulted with me on the placement of all of the components.  Both Chris and Kenneth went to great lengths to make sure I was comfortable with operating the system and answered all of my questions thoroughly.  I would certainly recommend Chris and Kenneth to anyone who is looking to install a new home security system.

"The job went very smoothly. The tech ran a bit late, but he called to say so. He installed a keypad by the front door and assessed the house for security. He suggested, since there are several casement windows in the living room and adjoining dining room that a breaking glass sensor would work better and be more cost-effective than alarming all the windows. He did alarm a door that the previous company (inherited when we bought the house twenty-three years ago) had not considered significant. I feel safer with the current sensor choices than the ones I had before.
He took the time to make sure I knew how to use the system, so I am very pleased with the service. My one caveat: I was told that the motion sensor would not register my smaller pets (two cats) because they weigh under forty pounds. They must have set off the sensor, though, because the police responded. The system certainly alerts the authorities, but that motion sensor is very sensitive!

Tech support is provided which makes installation easy and very user friendly. The system is monitored and response to alarm signal is quick and nearly immediate. I've had a couple different systems in my homes over the years which were "professionally" installed; one was wired the other wireless. I install this myself with the help of tech support, I'm 65years old in good health but of course not as agile as I was a few years ago, but this system was a piece of cake for me to install. "OK first of all I never write reviews, dont have the time.  However, the experience I had was amazing.  I mean from when they answered the phone I felt comfortable.  No high pressure, very straight forward salesperson.  I called two other companies and both tried to upsell me from what they advertised.  I am so happy I called Skycover! They did not try to upsell me.  I purchased exactly what was advertised and saved even more money than I thought.  I got a video camera for free with the system!  I have a home office and now I can see what my assistant is doing from anywhere I travel in the world and I frequently travel to China for work.  The system arrived to my door in a beautiful box and I will admit was concerned about setting it up, but it was plug and play just like the salesperson said.  It took me less than 30 minutes in total and was super simple.  I control everything from my phone.  This is the greatest thing I have done in a long time, I would recommend this product and company to anyone I know!
