"He did great.  The price was good.  I really needed that done and I don't know too much about plumbing, but the work he did, came by the house and looked at the pipe, then went and got the parts.  I'm not in that State but the house is.  My nephew let him in and everything was great.  The price was great.  The quality was good.  My nephew sent me pictures of the work he did - after it was broke and the water spilling out and everything - and all the parts were new.  He was on another job but as soon as he got done with that other job, he came straight to the house; my nephew was waiting on him and he was there like he said.   Those are good guys, The Plumber.  I live in another State and he still did the job and waited for me to send the money to him two days later.  I'm in Florida and the house is in Indiana."

"The guys from Super Heating and Cooling were great. They came out, did a quick look over what we needed. They had to run back to their shop to get a specialty filter for my system but they were back and done with the work in less than one hour. They gave me a fair price on the filter and a good price on the labor. I had them cover a two holes in my duct work and I was very pleased with the work and attitude of the employees. They gave me some advice for how to best filter my system and I was pleased with the different options they gave and the explaination of each one in good detail. I will definitely be going back to these guys when I need to get my ductwork cleaned out this spring.

The only downside was that they showed up 30 min early and I was not home from work, and my wife did not know exactly what we needed done. But they waited patiently for me to arrive and give them the rundown."

"I did accept the proposal and set the install for 6/26/2013.  An installer, Rick, arrived as agreed but only by himself with out his helper who was unable to work that day. However, Neil was on top of the situation and was already lineing up a replacement.  With that Neil appeared on site and began helping Rick until the helper arrived. From there on things went well, the job was completed on time. 
Our new  windows look great, they were exactly what we had ordered, and the installation was done professionally and yes the job site was cleaned up and left in the same condition they found it. We are pleased with the job.
