I’m a hardworking person who doesn’t like to leave projects half finished or looking sloppy, I can be a bit of a perfectionist. "Eventually he had to reinstall my operating system, because certain system files had apparently been corrupted.He save all my data files and reinstalled them, but I had to reinstall my software. While this was slow and painful, it gave me a fresh start and a clean system to begin from. I have since reinstalled software as I needed it and reduced the total substantially. With the amount of work he had to put in, this turned out to be a bargain for me. My computer has worked very well ever since.

"Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."
