"I have never worked with other decorators, but Nick brings the shopping to me.  He has samples to show me or he sends links to pictures.    This has made the process so easy. 
I really enjoy working with Nick.  He is offers great ideas but is flexible when my budget or personal taste requires.  He has great
furniture contacts for reasonably priced, well built materials.  I got a great modular couch that can be reconfigured to meet the needs of the group in the room.  It was Nick's idea that it be modular because it served many functions but  it was also good for getting the pieces into the space.
Nick is also willing to disagree.   I am paying him for his opinion, so that's what I want.
In my experience with Nick decorating is not delivered in a one moment package.   One piece comes,  a little later some other pieces come. Then there is the final arranging and accessorizing and we are done.  It is a bit like completing a puzzle - typically not done in one sitting. 
Nick is also respectful of budget.  It is very easy in decorating to get carried away or make changes that impact the budget.  Nick has always offered me options to stay on budget, and when we veer off it has been my decision.

"Mark and his team at Arrowhead did an amazing job from start to finish! Mark came out and worked with us on different designs for our new paver patio and was great about working with our budget. He was extremely patient with answering questions and responding to our emails with design changes. When the work started the team was extremely thorough and took their time explaining all the steps in the process of removing our old cedar deck and preparing and installing our new paver patio. In the end we ended up having a large paver patio installed along with a custom entertainment wall for our family to enjoy evenings outside together watching movies.This company's customer service and attention to detail is outstanding. "How often can you write a review and say you are 100% happy and would not change a single thing? This is that review for Nate Hudon and Deck Company. Pictures are attached of our new Trex Spiced Rum deck with composite posts, signature railings, wedge and riser LED lighting. Nate impressed us from our first meeting. He is honest, knowledgeable and experienced. His communication was excellent. He listened to us and designed the deck we envisioned, down to the details of lighting placement and support post locations. Shawn and his construction crew were hard-working, talented, courteous, and friendly. Despite adverse weather conditions, they arrived everyday at 7am, worked all day and completed the project on time. The first day, alone, they completed the demo of the old deck, dug holes for the new support posts, had the village out to inspect, and poured concrete for the new supports! Amazing work ethic. We showed Shawn a picture of a support post design we liked and he made it happen! They repaired our brick patios around the new support posts and relocated a huge limestone stepping stone. The crew put down plywood to protect our lawn and boards to protect the driveway from the dumpster. The dumpster arrived the day they started and was removed the day they finished! The clean-up left our property spotless. They even power-washed the driveway. The village inspector had nothing but praise for Nate, Shawn, and Deck Company. Nate promised we would be happy and he was true to his word. Great people! Great company!"
