"I am very happy with the job Vince and his team did installing a ceramic/glass backsplash in my kitchen. It was a relatively small job, and I had difficulty getting contractors to call me back or show up to provide an estimate. Vince not only arrived on time for the appointment, he spent almost 30 minutes measuring and discussing what exactly I wanted done prior to providing an estimate. Vince was more expensive than some of the other quotes, but the quality of his and his team's work is worth it! For instance, there was one small section that Vince noticed during final inspection that he didn't like, so he redid it without my asking. He wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I am!
