After some discussion as to how this mistake happened I decided to order a skylight of a different design than originally ordered which in the end was a better product. The second time the crew arrived with the new skylight with the proper dimensions and proceeded to make a proper installation. This entire episode took longer than anticipated however the company was very responsive to the situation. We are pleased with our new skylight and would use this company again if ever needed."

He is very detailed orientated. They also do a great job of thoroughly going over all the options they have available for style and color.
