About 4 months after the work was done, we found a crack in one of the granite counter tops. It took some time, but they did replace it at no cost and Scotty's work left zero trace of the rework."

"The first time the install crew arrived they brought an entirely different skylight than I ordered. The one they had wasnâ t even the correct dimensions. After some discussion as to how this mistake happened I decided to order a skylight of a different design than originally ordered which in the end was a better product. The second time the crew arrived with the new skylight with the proper dimensions and proceeded to make a proper installation. This entire episode took longer than anticipated however the company was very responsive to the situation. We are pleased with our new skylight and would use this company again if ever needed."
