"I talked to Marilyn on the phone. She was helpful and courteous. We scheduled time for her husband to come to my home for a consultation. Harold Blazek was incredibly knowledgeable about window treatment options. He presented me with ideas and options that were electronic and non-electronic. I was impressed with the selection and the samples the he brought to show me. I ordered a variety of window treatments. Mr. Blazek returned when my window treatments came in. He installed them quickly and efficiently. He then gave me a complete tutorial on how to use them, clean them and care for them. Warranty details were defined for me. I was extremely pleased with all the help I received.
