Gerry talked through what we wanted done with our maple tree, gave us some advice, and gave us a written estimate on the spot. On our appointment day, Gerry called to let me know that Marcos and his crew would be coming out and when to expect them. Marcos and crew definitely knew what they were doing. They were professional, efficient, respectful of our property, and cleaned up afterwards. Gerry even called a few hours later to ask how everything went. I told them I wanted ground cover around established trees and on the side of the house. Instead they planted grass there. They then planted the ground cover without first killing the new grass. It looks terrible because of all the grass growing around and rising above the new ground cover. 3. There are many, many large bare spots where grass should be growing. I told them about that but instead of seeding or reseeding the bare spots, they covered it up with the fiber blanket that concealed the fact grass seed wasn't planted until after I paid them. 4. They fixed my brick sidewalk but forgot they were to treat it. When I reminded them to do it, they didn't sweep off the dirt and just covered the dirt. 5. Tore pond liner, covered it up, and didn't reattach to new bricks despite many promises."
