Top Fence Company

DO NOT HIRE this fence company!! They butchered my fence, drilled a bunch of extra holes, use non-matching screws all over, installed used hardware or damaged the new hardware, I picked up 50-60 screws in the yard among other scraps, the fence was not cleaned after installation, the contractor did not honor their warranty (some of the vinyl fence parts/panels were deformed), the owner cut me off and did not try to repair, fix, or replace any part of the fence. Top Fence has gone silent and refused to address any of my issues with the fence. I paid for a new fence, but received a beat up new/old fence. I made the mistake of paying them in full prior to completion and approval of the fence. Once they were paid in full, they slapped the fence together enough to call it complete and then they ghosted me. Once again...DO NOT HIRE.

The fence looks amazing but the employees left nails and wood scattered through the back yard. They stacked the large pieces of wood in the fenced backyard where dogs and grandchildren play. We had to clean up nails and wood chips. We also had to move the large pieces of wood outside of the fenced area, which was 10 feet away from where they had stacked them. They charged me a removal/cleanup fee for work they didn?t do well. I would recommend this company, but I would not recommend paying extra for cleanup.

They did an excellent job. It was not an easy job and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Would highly recommend this company because they went above and beyond. They also repaired my daughters gate and did not charge me anything extra.
