I am a Journeyman Union Carpenter by trade but after 15 years left it to pursue other things. I have had rental properties and done hundreds of property rehabs and remodels over the years. I have a working knowledge of plumbing and electrical and I take pride in my work. I also rehab and refinish antique wood furniture and build custom furniture out of old wood and recycled materials. No job is too small and I enjoy meeting all the people that this kind of work leads me too.

First Impressions is a business in the Jackson, MO area that has been in operation since 2007. Hi, I'm Kyle Litchfield, and I am the owner of First Impressions Home Improvement and Painting. I am a lifelong resident of the Cape/ Jackson area and I take great pride in every project I am given the chance to work on. I come from a long construction background and have been in the construction world for most of my life. I have done work for folks as simple as just changing a couple of door knobs, or fixing that door that gets hard to open and close every now and again.
