"Jamison and Richard are Professionals at the service they provide. Their working crew are professionals at the tasks they perform, and are a complete professional team that works well with each other, proud of the work that they perform, and proud of their fellow workers.
Jamison impressed me the first day that my wife and I met him for the estimate. After spending a long day working right alongside his crew, he then spent his evening time sharing with us his plans to "serve" his clientelle to the best of his abilities, to help grow their business. Richard, I am sure, is very proud of Jamison.
Richard was here the day the work was performed and worked right along side his "TEAM". I am impressed by the attitude of the "Whole Team" . Attention to detail, job knowledge, quality work in their job perfomance, and cleanliness seemed to be their goal - and it showed. My neighbors were impressed by the "Team work" they demonstrated - everyone knew their tasks to perform and worked fluidly with the rest of their team.
Even though I had to get on their schedule and wait for them to perfom their job, it was a wait I am glad I decided to make. My yard and areas where they worked is cleaner after they did their work, then what I gave them to work with. I am impressed, im pressed, impressed. The job was completed quickly and completely in  less time then estimated. What a pleasant surprise.
If I was younger I would wish to be a part of their team. Thanks to the whole team.

"We had the weather to work around. Best thing was the communication between us to find a day that worked for both of us. Arrived on time and I loved watching the work! Had a huge hackaberry tree that was becoming dangerous with huge unstable limbs. They followed my direction of how I wanted the trunk handled and did a great clean up afterwards."

Siding questions, answered by experts

You should plan to stain or refinish your home's cedar siding every three to seven years to maintain its appearance and provide maximum protection, though some estimates suggest a range of four to six years. The exact frequency depends on several factors, including your local climate, exposure to severe weather like direct sunlight, rain, and wind, the quality of the initial stain application, the type of stain used, and the overall condition and quality of the wood.

For homes in harsh climates with high humidity and significant sun exposure, you should plan on staining as often as every three years, while those in milder locations may only need to do so every seven years. For the longest-lasting protection in particularly harsh climates, consider using an opaque stain.

If you are looking for a lower-maintenance alternative, you might consider vinyl or aluminum siding. While the initial installation cost can be higher, they do not require as much upkeep and can offer more value over time, especially in areas with excessive rainfall or high humidity.

Clapboard siding is traditionally made of wood, and is one of the most common types of wood siding in North America. When people talk about wood siding, they are usually talking about clapboard siding. However, not all wood siding is in the clapboard style: It can be tongue-and-groove, shake, and other designs. Also, clapboard siding can sometimes be made of different materials, like vinyl or fiber cement, so the terms are not interchangeable.

Brick and stone are the most durable and longest-lasting siding materials, often lasting for 100 years or more with proper maintenance. Copper is another material known to last over 100 years, though it can develop a greenish patina over time. Zinc is a metal siding that can last 80-100 years. While these options are the most expensive, they offer superior value and longevity. For a more affordable yet durable choice, stucco can last 50 to 80 years in dry climates. Fiber cement siding is another excellent middle ground, offering a lifespan of 50 years or more with low maintenance at a lower cost than stone or brick.

Yes, after the initial expense to purchase and install it, vinyl siding offers a good value over time because it requires very little maintenance and lasts a long time. In terms of how long vinyl siding lasts, you can expect at least 20 years and up to 60 years of performance.

You should consider a siding replacement material that meets your expectations for budget, durability, and if you want to complete the siding project yourself. Some materials are better than others in certain climates and easier to install for beginners. If you’re unsure which material suits your home, check with a local contractor for guidance.
