"We have a large 2 building commercial retail/office complex 3 stories tall that we have been completely renovating the exterior on. They have been replacing siding, adding trim, airless painting etc… they can pretty much do what ever you need them to do. Great work, awesome people to work with. We plan on having them back once warmer weather returns."

"After a "simple" bathroom repainting turned into a nightmare of peeling paint from permanent wallpaper, with damaged drywall as a result, David provided me with options for repairing the walls with a new, cost-conscious finish and then painted the room for me as well. He was extremely punctual and responsive, professional and anxious to provide excellent customer service. He was accurate in how much time the job would take, and his price guarantee made sure that no hidden costs popped up at the last minute. He did a great job, and saved us A LOT of frustration and stress."

"After 15 years of dealing with horrible contractors in the West Central Illinois area, Ever Mendoza was just wonderful. They are good at all aspects of remodeling: drywall, tile, plumbing, electrical, and dealing with the unexpected issues in an old house. The drywall and tile is just stunning, and the finished work just amazing looking. The price was super reasonable for all the work performed. And they clean up after themselves as well! could not be more pleased."

"We have a swirl design plastered ceiling in our laundry room. Moisture had collected around vent fan. They had to cut a piece of drywall out and replaster over the new piece. They did a fantastic job - very efficient, and I didn't have a thing to clean up afterwards. I highly recommend them."

Drywall questions, answered by experts

Professionals mount TVs using specialized tools and knowledge of different wall materials, ensuring safe support.

Costs depend on damage size, labor rates, and whether additional services like painting are required.

Yes, even if you’re being careful, removing tile can damage your drywall to some degree. However, you can minimize the damage done to it by eliminating a majority of the grout and taking your time prying each tile off. Also, it's worth noting that you might have more drywall damages to deal with if your tile is set into the mortar.

To hide drywall edges, you need to properly apply drywall tape and multiple layers of joint compound. These materials hide the seams between drywall sheets and fill the holes from drywall screws, leaving behind a smooth, flat finish to paint over. Apply joint compound smoothly, and finish the job by sanding the walls to make sure you fully hide drywall edges and other imperfections.

You should stagger drywall sheets to help prevent cracking. The joints between drywall sheets are the weak spots, so if you install drywall with seams aligned, you’ll create weak lines that run across the length of the wall and extend from floor to ceiling. But when you stagger drywall, the solid sections of panels will support the joints. This can prevent seams from cracking or separating due to fluctuating temperature and humidity, vibrations from movement inside the home, and gravity.
