"Professional, courteous, came on time. the pet odor was taken care of in the back bedroom. Stains removed, carpet looked clean and fresh. I had Tom redo the bottom three stairs to the den. This carpet is a Berber and did not clean as well as the other stairwell. The Berber Carpet is a much tighter weave. The entire carpet took longer to dry than the stated 2 to 4 hours. "I found him on Angie’s list and he was the first one to reply. I explained what I needed done and I was given a good price. Two guys came on time a little early to beat the thunderstorms that were coming our way. Some of the windows couldn’t be cleaned because they were thermal insulated and you couldn’t get in between the glass. They also cleaned up our gutters and cut the hedges in front of the windows. It took longer than expected but they did a good job. They had missed a few windows but once pointed out they cleaned them."
