"Premier replaced all of the windows in my North Aurora townhome as well as the rear exterior door. Even though I had done A LOT of research before Pat came out to provide the bid, I can't say enough about how thorough and patient he was in explaining the installation process and the various features of the windows. "Gus and his crew replaced all windows in our house - 1 picture and 7 double-hung - and also replaced the old frames. The crew did a wonderful job - they were clean, efficient and polite. Windows look great and work properly. One thing that particularly impressed me is how patient and thorough Gus was through the planning stage. My husband and I are usually very picky and take some time to research our home project so we had tons of questions. Gus was never impatient, was there to answer all our questions and made sure we were comfortable before we started the project. Happy to recommend and hire again!"

"We love working with Chicago window guys- the owner is very easy to talk to and straight forward. The price that is presented is a fair price and it is the price from the start, there is none of the sales tactics, like the “sales” or “discounts” that other companies try to sell you on. The wait time for window production is reasonable and the installation is efficient. The first time we had windows replaced there was a miscommunication but the installers fixed it on the spot, no problems. The owner also allows you to buy and replace windows at your own pace, which is very accommodating since windows are expensive. Plus the windows look great! We will continue to use them in the future!"
