"Week before last we thought we had a clogged toilet.. It was apparently the main sewer line. We called a commercial franchise plumber out and $550 later we thought everything was fixed. This was on a Thursday. By the following Monday we were experiencing the same thing. We call them back out because it was a 6 month warranty. They diagnosed the issue stating we needed to get the main sewer line ( about 1-3 feet) replaced and they would need to dig a huge hole in the basement and etc.. Estimate was more than a small car. I called around to a few other companies and got more expensive quotes. I called A1 Patrick's Plumbing & Sewer Services - Plumbing Contractor & Plumbing Installation and he came out the same night ( last tuesday) and gave me a resonable quote for the same services. When I tell you I am so glad I called this man. My house is 70 years old and my family has lived here for 26 years. This sewer line was CLOGGED... his team dug the hole, replaced the pipes, cleaned them out and discovered tree roots and 4 feet of stuff that shall not be named. He & his team installed a cleanout in case this happened again we wouldn't have an issue getting it cleaned. This company hands down had excellent service and the owner was respectful, nice and delivered what he promised plus a 10 year warranty ."

"Anthony and his crew did excellent work replacing our sewer line. He explained everything they were doing with each step. He found a problem with some previous sewer work we had done; and outlined a plan to fix it, tying everything into one smooth line. They gave us an extremely competitive bid to start, well under other bids we had received. Then, with the additional repair work, also came in with a satisfactory price. Our land is difficult to work with; yet they spent extra time to do the job right. When the job was completed, they removed all their debris and left the yard looking clean and even. They are a very professional and courteous group and I would (will) use them for any plumbing issues we have in the future. Thanks to them for a job well done!!"

"I had a really bad shower and toilet clog so I decided to contact flo-maxx and they sent 2 professionals, Garret and Raymond to do the job but I wasn’t sure if they would be able to clear the drain, they definitely cleared it super quick and also cleaned my floor afterwards. They finally left but there was a small leak from the toilet water line and I called them and they came back again to check it and fix it, no big deal they did great! 10/10"

"The job was done properly, which is of utmost importance. Howver, I had to call because no one arrived or called when the time of the appointment came and went. Apparently, the appointment mistakenly didn't get saved in their schedule. The guys showed up 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, which wouldn't be a big deal if it hadn't been before work for me. However, the job was done correctly and with consideration of not wanting me to be late. They offered to come back tomorrow, but I declined. I would hope that more clean-up post work would be done, but, again, I believe the lack of this service was due to the fact that they knew I had to get to work. I would definitely hire them again, but I would request that cleaning be done post as well as confirmation prior to arrival."

"Water, Water, Water all over the place especially flooding my outside porch area leading to my front door. The water was accompanied by a low level pungent order. Being a DIY person, I sprang into action. Pulled out the auger and went to work. From a standing puddle to stinky waves was the result. I needed help. By chance, I called the company with a name that I hoped they could live up to, I called Chicago Sewer Experts. A friendly woman answered my call and we scheduled an appointment for 10:30 am. Off to a great start as the work van pulled up the next morning on time. Out jump a charismatic energetic gentleman who introduced himself as Jonathan, the à ¢à  à  Chefà ¢à  à  . Like any good chef, Jonathan surveyed the situation as he listened to a description of my problem. Obviously, this was not the Chefà ¢à  à  s first time seeing a lake on the front door of a home. The van doors swung open like a kitchen pantry and an auger was set in place. After a few minutes, the Chef did not like the tone of his auger rummaging through the sewer pipe. While talking about Singapore street food, the Chef did not miss a beat as he quickly changed utensils. Now a slightly bigger auger was dancing down the sewer pipe. The talk of Singapore fine dining was interrupted by the sound of successful auger punch through. Yes, the job was finished and done right. But the most amazing thing the Chef did was make time to follow up on his work. Birds of a feather flock together. I would like to think The Chicago Sewer Experts company is ripe with skilled journeymen the caliber of Chef Jonathan. Employees who care about excellent workmanship with a sense of pride and humor. "Nikko came out to do an outside backyard sewer line inspection. I've never had any problems in the past with the sewer lines, but had it inspected for peace of mind. I was glad I had it done, because Nikko showed me a nasty root inside the sewer line. Once he chopped up the root, the water that was held back could now flow freely through the pipe once again. Nikko found one more root and chopped that up too. Then he checked the drain one last time and when he saw there were no more roots he cleaned up and put his tools back in his truck.
