They gave me an estimate for the time they were going to be there and actually finished early. They covered their shoes and protected our hardwood floors, At the end we got an update on the progress where we were told they got 90% of the stains and odor out of our furniture. The gentlemen even went above and beyond sweeping the debris from under the couches when they were moved. Our house has never smelt better. "Dana is a very pleasant man, came when he said he would to clean living room, dining room and hall carpet. However the cleaning job was not as good as I had expected. They used a carpet cleaning machine similar to what you could rent yourself. I feel as though the cleaning only brought the dirt to the surface as I noticed my grandsons knees were just as dirty as before the cleaning. I thought about calling them back to redo the job but would it have gotten any cleaner? I'll have it steam cleaned in future"

I also needed him to repair a large crack in my granite around the kitchen sink. Matt was able to repair and seal the crack and then polish the surface so that the crack is no longer visible. He also did a beautiful job of cleaning and resealing my granite.
