My husband and I were very impressed with Scott ,Tyler and the RCCR crew. Very professional came to get the job done and answered any and all questions we had! Would recommend highly!

Very detailed in regards to the process and what it would entail. Stellar professionalism from the Business Development Representative, their office manager and the Technician who completed the Mold Remediation. The technician was focused and gave us updates regarding what he was doing. We would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

Very professional and thorough. However, we were unaware of how many of our things couldn't be cleaned and had to go until the guys got here and began telling us all the things that couldn't be cleaned and had to be disposed of. We were a bit shocked at the time, wish we had been made aware at the time of the estimate. We called and asked them about some of our things, and they managed to save some, which we were able to pick up. I would recommend to anyone using this service that they ask specifically about any and all items in the affected mold area that can and cannot be salvaged, and be prepared to know what you're willing to part with if it cannot be cleaned.

Chris was very helpful when inspecting and explaining what had to be done to remove the mold from between my walls. He and his crew did a very good job and finished in one day. They were all polite and professional.

This system was put in just before we had several continuous days of heavy rain and the basement stayed completely dry. They got the job completed before other companies I had called could even come out to evaluate our problem. Highly recommend them. Scott was very professional and courteous.

Chris came to our house and conducted a thorough inspection of the issue and gave us some good advice on what we can try to possibly eliminate the problem. He also went outside afterwards and looked around the foundation, spotting a potential cause for the whole issue. Again, he recommended some avenues to possibly alleviate the issue and said if they don't work, to give them a call. You don't find a lot of honest people willing to sacrifice $ to just be neighborly. If you have a water issue, call these folks. 5-star folks. Outstanding service!!!!!

Scott came out inspected what needed to be done. As our problem was ground water, he put us in touch with company who could help us. Would highly recommend Scott n his company.

Immediate service and excellent work

An Advantaclean rep came to our house less than 3 hours after we called about our flooded basement (finished) to examine the extent of the damage. He was then able to get his team to our home just a couple hours after that so the water could be removed before furniture was damaged. They carefully moved all our stuff, removed the water, and placed large fans and dehumidifiers everywhere. I definitely recommend using them if you have flooding issues.

The worker was very careful about making sure everything was cleaned up, even AFTER all the mold was taken out. The young man was very polite. I would hire them again with out hesitation. Small bathroom done in a few hours!

I cannot rate the work quality or value for money because they could not complete the job. We had a death in the family and had to go out of town for 2 weeks. We had paid a deposit and they happily refunded our money. I will call them in the future if I need their services

AdvantaClean was great to work with! They were out very quickly to assess my flooded basement situation, gave me a verbal estimate on the spot, had a formal proposal emailed that afternoon, did the work when they said they would, as they said they would, and did a great job cleaning up after.
