The job took slightly longer than estimated but that was due to the original finish on the floor ( was much harder to sand off than original thought). There was slight bleed through onto the floorboards from the new finish that we weren t expecting, but that was easily dealt with some minor touch up. Love the new color! Really updates our house and wish we had done it sooner"
