"Freaking Amazing! These guys busted their buns! Itâ s impossible to know whatâ s under the cement that needs raising. Turns out a family of 4 could have lived in the cavern below our sinking patio. They didnâ t charge a nickel more for the extra time or materials! They also figured out how and why. The yard was graded towards the house in one spot. Because of that issue my sump pump would start running just before the rain starts and run on and off until about a day after. They leveled the cement and I followed their instructions to regrade the yard. Several years later, cement is still level and my sump pump almost never runs. My neighbors noticed that that their pumps run when they never ran before."

"Very accommodating company. Responded to all my questions and concerns, treated my home with the utmost respect and left it clean. The room was a bedroom carpeted by prior owners. When I removed the carpet, it uncovered a nightmare. The room used to be part of the garage. The previous owners left the oil spills. dirt, and cracks and just covered it with carpet. Soooooo disgusting. Perma seal ground out the cracks, pumped poly foam underneath for support, sealed the cracks, ground them to level them, and it even looks like they tried to clean up the disgusting oil spills left by previous owners. (I'll be doing additional scrubbing). I will wait for spring thaw to assess its waterproofness before I order my new floor. See before and after shots."

"Herb Blackmon was our first point
of contact with US Waterproofing.  He provided a detailed explanation of
what was causing the leak in our basement.  Herb was very knowledgeable
and explained the issues we were facing in a manner that was easy to understand.
 He presented us with several options and we decided to install the drain
tile system in our entire basement as well as a new concrete floor.
The job took about a week to complete.  It was originally supposed to take about 48
hours but when we decided to have a new floor installed and to have the old
floor dug out to gain a few inches of height in the basement it extended the
time of the job.  The crew arrived
promptly every day and began by breaking up and removing the old floor.  Once that was done they began the process of installing
the drain tile system and digging out the dirt/sand to gain additional ceiling
height.  Once that was complete they
dumped the rocks and gravel and began laying the concrete floor.  We were very satisfied with the work of US
Waterproofing from start to finish.  Herb
was an awesome salesman.  He was
knowledgeable without being undermining and pushy and he was patient and gave
us great advice about how we were to proceed. 
The crew was hardworking and professional.  I would recommend US Waterproofing to anyone
seeking to address leaky basement issues or have a new floor installed. The
quality of their work enabled us to be able to remodel our basement."

"I needed the sill plate and rim joist replaced, sister in the joist in the front of our house. They had many jobs going on so they brought in a crew Anthony, Jerry and Jose from New Jersey so the could get mine done. Anthony let me know what they were doing as things progressed. He asked me if I had questions as he worked. Everyone in the crew where so considerate. The laid down tarps to walk on so as not to damage my floors and they cleaned up everything and the end of the day. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
