He went into great detail as well teaching my wife and how the water can get into the basement and how to fix it. They did not charge us for the visit at all. You pass waterproofing installed a new window well and securely fastened it to the cement foundation. "Joe reached out quickly and with the assistance of Alupe, they were able to swiftly install a new lock & snap floor professionally over a poorly tiled/grouted situation.
