After talking with Jeff on the phone they came to my house a couple of days later and took a look at our situation. We had been getting water coming into our basement and Jeff not only took the time to check things out but he provided information on how to chase down where the leak might originate from. He went into great detail as well teaching my wife and how the water can get into the basement and how to fix it. They did not charge us for the visit at all. "We highly recommend US Waterproofing. Unfortunately, after repeated issues (we’ve had water getting through a basement door, water backing up from drain/sewer pipe, foundation cracks – all which were addressed) we now have had issues with hydrostatic water pressure delivering a great deal of water to our finished basement. Only one solution – drain tiles and sump pump installation. US Waterproofing was outstanding, every step of the way. They communicated clearly what was needed, and much to our surprise, what was not. They did not ever try to sell us anything that was not needed – only what was – installation of drain tile, window well drains, sump pump, and all work related. All of the crews involved were outstanding – in particular, the crews installing the drain tile and sump pump. The supervisor clearly and concisely explained every step – and when issues arose, they were dealt with promptly. The teams removing drywall and reinstalling also did very good work, and were very responsive. Everything was done correctly, and on schedule The work is now complete – and the basement is back to normal. I commend USW on all facets – they explained everything, did not try to oversell anything, and were responsive to issues as they arose. All the way around – sales, customer support, install teams – outstanding. If you have an issue with water in your home, please consider US Waterproofing."
