He went over the whole process and what I could expect from the windows regarding insulation and about how long it would take to get the windows. Mike kept me up to date when the windows arrived and setup the installation date. Mark came to measure and answered any questions I had regarding what I needed to have ready as far as space near the windows and what to remove from my windows. Hannah the person who installed my windows could not have been more helpful explaining what she would be doing and was open to any additional questions I had. Hannah was very efficient, neat and just overall knowledgeable about the product and great customer service. I had 3 basement windows and my kitchen window replaced. I am just very very pleased with St. Louis Windows Direct which is part of St. Louis Design & Build just a different division. I will definitely use them again for the rest of my windows and doors."
