We agreed the attic would be a good job for the guys to do in the winter. We signed papers and gave them a $2500.00 dollar check for the down payment . The salesman Josh said he be in touch with us the next week to see when they could do it. Josh had come out on sat October 7th. Well I tried to send photos of our house to Josh 2 times . So after a week & half I called the office. And ask did he work there?She said yes she would have him call . But no call . So I called office and she gave me there email and I sent pictures to her. I had.questions on the photos, and asked them to call . Ii called in again to see if anything was being done, and secretary said the boss said they were working on a schedule and someone would call me. At this point we are 3 weeks out from our signing and cant get a call from anyone. We are at this point not happy, and figure our $2500.00 is gone. So my daughter called to see if there was a process to get our money back. And I got my 1st. Phone call . 1 day from being 4 weeks of signing. And this guy as nice as he was said we probably won't get it back because we signed a contract. . I have delt with other companies , and any time I sign a contract ( that big ) some always calls to go over it , or to ask if you have questions. But now I don't want them, I'm just going to get someone else .if I can get my money back. If they can't return my calls, why should I think there going to do what I want them to do?.?"

We had them insulate our attic, foundation, and a crawl space under a room which gets cold during winter months. Our home is a large L-Shaped Ranch. It has made a difference in heating of our home. We had them take the old insulation out of the attic, which they vacuumed into bag and hauled away. Home Comfort also offers repair of driveways, where cracks have either sunken or raised the concrete. They repaired the few spots in my driveway, making it where someone won't trip on the crack and fall. I definitely recommend Home Comfort Insulation."

They also said that because of the extra insulation they used they did they couldn't reduce the cost. Other than that, the job was done fine. "Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."
