I am a jack of trades independent contractor/ handyman with 10+ years experience. I am not a licensed plumber, licensed electrician, or licensed roofer. With that said it's easier to just tell you the things that I don't do. I do not do drain work, I do not replace electrical lines or panel boxes, I do not replace plumbing lines which includes water and gas, and I do not replace roofs. Aside from that I can do everything else, and have the tools to do so.

"When my HVAC unit went out I called A n 1 at 12:30am, as I have gotten home from work not too long ago. He answer and said he be right there. He came through check it all out and let us know exactly what needed to be done. He quote us too on the price if we decide to stick with him. Since he is a smaller personally owned company he didn't have financial options. So we had to think if over. Anyways I offer to give him some cash for coming out here so late and he kindly refuse, which was very kind of him. Even though it was already 2am by the time he was done checking it all out. After a few calls to other companies we realize we rather pay a hard working, honest man and help smaller local business.
