He was well prepared to discuss my needs and find solutions. I had some unusual requirements. I was looking to have a large, walk-in Handicapped shower installed in the corner of a medium-sized master bath. It took a few or so weeks to get the work scheduled but not an unreasonable amount of time. Kevin was always available for updates.
