Had to leave my mom with tech in so I could return to work, so I wasn't even there to find out what was wrong BUT told him to call me when he knew something. I got vague blurb of the problem and my mom saying he said he broke something on the unit!? Took 3 days and me calling office twice before tech finally called me! And NOWHERE on the paperwork does it state that HE caused more damage to the unit than the original problem!"

"I had a washer hook-up put in by this company for an estimate of $2500. I had to call back because one of the connections leaked and I had a sewer smell coming into the room. The connection leak was caused by the connection not being tightened correctly. The sewer smell was because when they put the pipes together, they didn't put the rubber sleave on correctly (the compression sleave was bent) and it had a small gap where the smell came from. But the worse part of this install was they added $1200 to my final bill because it took them 6 hours (2 guys, three hours) to put a vent pipe through the roof. I thought the vent pipe would have been part of the estimate, but they added it in after the job was done. And it took more time than it should have, and I know this because I vented my dryer out the roof and it only took me an hour from start to finish. In my opinion the employees have no idea what they are doing. I will never hire them again."
