I called for an appointment on one of the hottest days of the year and they came out before their scheduled time (they called first to make sure it was OK to come early). The tech that came out was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. After some investigation he found that all it was was the drip tube was not angled exactly right. He added a piece to make sure the water went down the drain and the problem was solved. He even went outside to test and inspect the outside unit as well. The price was much less than I expected. They have a customer for life.

Great! Reached out to them when company I had contract with didn't show when no heat. Pro Air has come by for emergency repairs for both heater and A/C. Came as promised, reasonable priced and did excellent work.

ProAir is a wonderful company. The technicians were wonderful, especially Daren. They were friendly and explained everything as they went on. They did an amazing job from start to finish. I would highly recommend using ProAir .

They made 3 trips in less than 2 weeks and charge $900 for repairs to finally tell me I needed to replace my AC. The first trip the service man replaced a capacitor which he said was ok but would need to be replaced at some point. He also add 2 pounds of Freon to the outside unit. A few days later the AC quit again. They came out again and he changed the air filter with a low resistance filter. He also thought I was leaking Freon and added a leak preventer to the system. A few days later the AC quit again. They came out again and replace the blower motor. He said the Freon looked good but said I may have to buy a new AC system. A few days later the AC quit again. This time I called a different company and within 10 minutes they told me the Freon had leaked out completely and that I would need to get the evaporator replace. This new company didn't charge me anything for their visit. 3 visits from Pro Air and $900! I could have had the evaporated replaced for that. I will be using another company to replace my AC.

Great! It was a Sunday night in January. Freezing. The guy came out within 20 minutes of the call and replaced it.
