John came in and tested the mold for free and when he found that the mold was under the apartment not in it, he told the landlord that it was his responsibility not ours. He is amazingly professional and friendly. He is friendly and my children loved watching him as he walked around looking at different areas. "The Works Air Care and Restoration cleaned out our air ducts and sprayed mildecide to prevent mold growing in our air system. They also fixed our chimney and installed a cap so no unwanted critters could make their way into the house. They were very kind, courteous and quick."

Would like to see a little more coordination with plumbing to put same care and attention to detail as Joe, and keep work tools organized/out of the way of living space after hours. We did have some clean-up to do after the job was done (drywall dust, dirt, minor debris), but overall good experience and quality work.
