"Naper Lawn Work did fantastic job on our outdoor remodel. We had them put in an outdoor kitchen (my husband absolutely loves), gas fire place (the kids love roasting marshmallows), beautiful p**** paver patio, pillars, and outdoor lighting. From the very beginning, Naper Lawn Works has been very professional. They never tried to over sell. They listen to what my husband and I chose and offered great advice and tips to make it look even better than what we pictured.  Naper Lawn Works stayed on schedule the whole time, kept us informed daily as what the schedule is.  All the workers were very polite and even cleaned up their mess everyday before leaving our home. We shopped around for other prices and found Naper Lawn Works not only an affordable price, but they are local. Mark, the owner, was so very nice. I could not have asked for a better guy to deal with. I am someone that worries constantly, but Mark made me feel comfortable and answered my million questions throughout the whole process.
My husband and I are so please with the work, that this spring we will be starting a new project with Naper Lawn Works for the front of our house. I am so excited as seeing how easily and affordable our last project was. I would recommend Naper Lawn Works to everyone. "Power Tree did a great job. They removed a very large maple tree from our backyard, and trimmed several trees/shrubs in an adjacent area of the yard. They ground up the stump and removed ALL of the associated debris. It was literally broom clean when they left!"

"Everything went really well. Eric came out to walk that yard and talked about all the things that needed to be done.  Within a couple of days I have some mock up pictures of what the new plantings would look like and quote.  He took photos with his phone and has an app that allows him to add the plantings so you can actually see what your house/yard would exactly look like after the planting.  Extremely helpful for someone who can visualize things.  We agreed to everything and set a date of when the work would be done.  Then came the rains and he let me know when he would have to reschedule and always kept me up to date of the schedule.  When they were finally able to do the work I was out of town on business.  Next thing I knew was that there was a big whole in the side of my pool.  They left a message with my nanny and neighbor to have me call them when I land and that they will discuss what happened and how to fix it.  They explained when the landscapers were cutting the weed preventative layer that they slashed the pool.  Eric would replace the pool for free and that they would set it up as well.  Very unexpected but the right thing to do.  He got the pool but was so behind on his landscaping due to the weather that getting around to putting it up would be about 10 days.  Didn't want to wait that long so I suggested I would put it up if he comp me a free fall or spring clean up.  He said sure and that was it.  Wasn't until pool was in my possession did he even ask for payment.  I would use Eric again and I would recommend him to my family and neighbors.

"Although it was a little tough to connect in the beginning (due to summer rush and holiday weekend), once Maria and I connected, things went very smoothly.
She came to my house, measured and provided a quote in a very timely manner.  
I had to go through my HOA, and she was quite helpful. Providing the drawings and contacting J.U.L.I.E. as required by the HOA (and even coming out a second time to get additional details requested by the HOA).
We had set a tentative installation date (pending HOA approval) and were lucky that the HOA approval was received in the nick of time and the weather held out.
The crew showed up on time and worked tirelessly all day to complete the job. When they ran out of bricks, they went back out to buy more.  Maria  was there the entire time overseeing the work.  At one point we had an issue with the level of the patio where the base of the steps and the side of the house were out of sync (huge downward slope).  She noted the issue and provided a sound recommendation which I approved. At the end of the day, they cleaned up the entire area.  They had carefully removed sod, mulch and some of my plants to install the brick patio and when they were done installing, they replaced the sod, mulch and even replanted my flowers.  Impressive!!  Everything washed up (even the handprints on the staircase) and clean.  They were also very careful with the surrounding area.  I live in a townhouse and they used wheel barrels to bring in all the materials.  They were careful not to destroy any of the common area.  This is a huge plus and greatly appreciated.  
Overall, it was a very positive experience and I highly recommend LDP.  I love my new patio - even though it is small, it adds a whole new room for me outdoors.  Wish I could add pictures, it turned out great!!"
