"For the 20 years we have been in our house, we used The Kitchen Master for our kitchen, our master bathroom, our hall bathroom and the best **** mud room you will ever see. Jennifer is an extraordinary designer and Ted is a perfectionist who will make sure his team delivers top notch work. For our first project, the kitchen, we ordered the cabinets through The Kitchen Master but had our own contractor install them. Big mistake! A few years later when Ted came to the house for the next project, he was so disappointed with how my contractor hung the kitchen cabinets that he fixed them for me. I’ve never used anyone else since. We haven’t had a major project in about 5 years but when I decided to sell my house, I needed a few things fixed to make everything look great. Some water damage below the sink had warped that cabinet, a toe kick was beyond a simple touch-up, and then I broke a glass pane in one of the kitchen cabinets 2 weeks before showings were to start. Ted and his team hopped right on it when I called. They didn’t have to do that. My work wasn’t going to be a big money maker and I’m moving out of state so there isn’t the promise of a lot of work in my next house. But none of that mattered. The residential catastrophe division facilitates the sales and restoration processes for homeowners after catastrophic storm events. The Commercial Division services large low slope membrane systems including but not limited to TPO, EPDM, Spray Foam, PVC, Metal and Hydro-Stop

"The original project manager was good. He installed the roof, had a few hiccups, but I was satisfied until 1 1/2 years later when I got 4 leaks. Additionally, some aluminium was supposed to be installed and it still hasn't been installed. I have been calling since March 2019 and still no one has come out to fix the leaks. I only have a couple of months left until warranty expires which I'm figuring they are waiting for. I've called & asked the owner Matt to call me, b ut 5 days later and still no call. A roofer is only as good as his repairs. My advise is don't use Cat. They have no one within 50 miles to repair my roof. I'm very disappointed as I first thought they had done a good job. I had seen reviews where the owner was very responsive, but not to me."
