I am a jack of trades independent contractor/ handyman with 10+ years experience. I am not a licensed plumber, licensed electrician, or licensed roofer. With that said it's easier to just tell you the things that I don't do. I do not do drain work, I do not replace electrical lines or panel boxes, I do not replace plumbing lines which includes water and gas, and I do not replace roofs. Aside from that I can do everything else, and have the tools to do so.

"Foundation Repair - our house had to be raised about 3 inches. Frank and his crew were very professional, kept to their schedule. Frank spent extra time with my parents to explain the scope of work and minimize the disruption to their lives. His bid was very thorough and he was upfront with the fact that there could be additional cost based upon what the crew found once they exposed the foundation wall. Would definitely use him again."

"First time hiring Kitchen and Bath Specialties and working with Joe Laverdiere. He also came over initially to quote a price and then returned to look over the template, which needed adjustment and a new template created. He wanted to ensure that the countertop would be the correct length. He is very knowledge and scheduled our installation for late this week and completed the installation today. He did run into an issue (not of his doing) and was able to handle it. He communicated very clearly to us what we needed to know. We will hire him to install the tiling as well.
