Update: I think the workmanship is good with this company but scheduling is a weakness. After failing to communicate with me about when the install would happen and finally getting it done, I then experienced a barrage of phone calls from the office over the holidays about payment. This level of communication about the job would have been appreciated. I think it was an unfortunate situation that could have been handled much better by their office staff. The need for customer service training is in order.

An excellent experience. Nick installed my new gutters after first asking me for where I wanted the downspouts and completed the job to my specifications. The area was cleaned afterwards and it looks like I’ll be seeing them in action in the next few days.

The salesman came out to our home and quoted our gutter repair nearly 6 weeks before we actually had our gutters replaced. We went with Four Seasons because they told us they could get the gutters replaced in 2-3 weeks. I called at the end of week 3 to find out the status, and was told that we were not anticipated to get service for at least another 2 weeks, our contract said that they were going to be here in 2-3 weeks, and this was going to push us out to 5 weeks minimum. We needed the gutters replaced to prevent damage to our basement. My husband is a dispatcher who works 12 hour shifts, and does not have time to continually clean gutters, or go on the roof late at night, in the dark, with the roof being slippery due to the amount of rain we have received this season. I am 6 months pregnant, and high risk there is no way I am climbing on the roof (despite this being suggested to me by Jeff at Four Seasons). Due to their delay our basement took thousands of dollars in damage. We went with this company because they told us they could be onsite within 2-3 weeks. When speaking with Heidi at Four Seasons, she tried to explain to me that they do not like to give out time frames because they can sometimes be difficult to stick to. We went with Four Seasons, not because they were the least expensive (another company was $500 less expensive) but because we wanted to get the problem fixed as soon as possible, and Four Seasons told us they could be here the soonest. Additionally, they told us they were going to come out on a Sunday to fix the gutters. The truck that is required to fix the gutters broke Saturday morning. They never called to notify us, I had to call them on Sunday at noon to find out if they were still coming. They had known for over 24 hours they were not going to be able to fulfill their obligation and did not have the decency to notify us. They told us that they could be here on the following Monday to repair the gutters, neither my husband or I could be home, so we hired someone to be at the house. The person we hired called us and noon and told us that Four Seasons had not shown. I called 5 times from my cell phone and did not get an answer. I got home at 4 pm, to no gutter repairs. I used the phone of our house sitter and Heidi answered on the first ring. She informed me that the truck had been taken to Chicago to be repaired at 9 am and would not be back in time to fix our gutters today. So we paid for a house sitter for no reason. We were guaranteed replacement on Tuesday. My husband had to take an unpaid day off of work to be home during the repair since we have no outside electric outlets. The gutters have been replaced. We were quoted $1400 for the replacement and new gutter guards. Not including the total damage to the basement we each lost income for an entire day and had to pay a house sitter. I would NOT recommend working with Four Seasons, not because the gutters are poor quality, but because the communication skills are completely lacking and the customer is the one who suffers.

The team was very professional and courteous. The job was completed in just a couple hours and they cleaned up every scrap of trash.

The Four Seasons salesman answered my request the naxt day. He was polite, low key, listened to what we wanted. He provided a sample of what what would be installed. He provided a step by step detailed description of what they would do. He was very personable. He took time got get to know my wife and myself.
