We decided to purchase the Big Deal for a whole house humidifier from Black Diamond after reading the reviews for this company.   We could not be happier. What should have been an easy job turned into something more complicated.  The technician called for help and the two of them worked on it until problem was solved, explaining everything to my husband as they worked.  To make matters worse, they couldn't fully do final testing  because our water was turned off.  (New shower was being installed at the same time).  He left but told us to call if the humidifier didn't work once the water was back on.  Shortly afterwards, we noticed our furnace wasn't working.  We called the office immediately, and the technician came back within the hour.  The problem wasn't anything he did.  The furnace is old and some parts are showing heavy wear and will have to be replaced soon.  However, the technician managed to get the heat back.  We would definitely recommend the company!
