"Bella custom cleaning came to our home where a ceramic tile floor of about 440sqfeet needed cleaning and sealing. They arrived early and we looked at the floor together. We were told that some of the areas would not come clean as new due to how long it had been since the floor had been laid down(about 30 yrs) We understood this issue. The guys worked hard and when the floor had been cleaned and sealed it looked very clean almost like new. We were very pleased. Their work exceeded our expectations. We would use this company's services again"

To be fair, I didnâ t ask them to clean my whole house, just parts of it and they were very understanding of that and as a result, accommodating in price. When looking for a cleaning services, you are looking for someone that is dependable, trustworthy and that you can be sure will be on time and that will ideally clean your home the way you want it to be cleaned if not better. Bernarda (owner of the business) is all that and more! She is very professional, kind, realistic and detail orientated. She is always on time (if not a few minutes earlier), she is accommodating (when her schedule allows), she follow up with you in a timely fashion and her team and her do an amazing job cleaning. Every cleaning job is different and no two people have the same expectations but I showed Bernarda what I would like cleaned and what is a priority and she based her price off of my needs- so please be mindful of that when discussing your prices. For me, high traffic areas such as bathroom and kitchen were big items that needed a good scrub and wow, did they do a good job! I always joke around that I love my home the most after HH cleaning services leaves because everything is spotless and tidy for a whole half hour before my toddler and baby get their hands on things! No but really, they do a great job cleaning up my appliances, my countertops, my surfaces, floors, etc. I have two small children who get their fingerprints everywhere and HH cleaning services just cleans it all right up, you would almost think itâ s more dominated by my kids haha! You can literally smell the clean in the air not to mention notice it when HH Cleaning Services finishes. I love that HH cleaning service is mindful of what kind of products they use and they asked me if it was okay for them to use and why they prefer that product over others. I appreciated their consideration and that they arenâ t using something that may potentially damage my appliances/ home. I also appreciate that they know what tools need to be utilized for what- my previous cleaning lady damaged the door to my stainless steel fridge by using a scrub sponge. Bernarda and team come equipped and they have the right tools to clean your home and know how to use them. Some cleaning companies will ask you to buy the supplies but HH cleaning services comes with their own which I appreciate. "Complete Capet Cleaning-Andres did a good job and was efficient. I appreciated his good customer service even though there were some bumps in the road. By using portable machines the water and electricity needs to be on so the job can be done. I had recently got the property 2 days before so he told me to get 4 5-gallons of water. I had to run out to get water and go to 3 different stores since the refill machine was out where I purchased the empty gallons, then the next store didn't have a refill machine. I wasted money too because only 1 5-gallon was needed for the job. Then the electricity went out when I got back, so I rescheduled for the next business day of Monday. The job got completed and house was smelling good. I even got the vents cleaned for a little extra charge."
