"Terrence Spranger was my plumber. His quote was fair. He was on time to the job. He replaced my hot water tank and shut off valve. He suggested placing a tray under the tank that has a drain hose just in case the new tank eventually leaks then it won’t run all over my basement. He had the model and serial numbers added to my receipt for insurance purposes. He was very personable and put the customer first. He went beyond what was expected of him to do. Thank you"

"Once they located the main drain line, they did a really job of clearing it out. However, they left the debris from the drain line in the front yard and left deep tracks in the front lawn from their equipment."

"Andy was a pleasure to have here at our home . He was professional and very engaging . I would hire him again as well as refer him to others for any plumbing needs. Andy always response to my messages promptly and I was given a very good price for his work. He was very clean and made sure I understood what he was doing. Andy also did some work on my boiler and went through all the steps with me for proper preventive maintenance. The plumbing work he performed was reinstalling the drain pipe and p trap under my double bowl kitchen sink.
