I also recommend referring to your contract throughout to ensure you aren’t getting an extra charge for something that should be included. Like I said, the quality of work is fantastic, but the up front pricing can improve."

This crew showed up every day and notified us if they were not going to come or if they were delayed.They also pointed out and/or were able to troubleshoot areas of design that wouldn’t look aesthetically pleasing. In addition, they cleaned up the interior each day and regularly picked up construction waste placed in the garage during this process."

Our remodel included radiant heat floors, new tile flooring, new cabinets, back splash tile, accent wall tile and installation of all new appliances and quartz counter tops. Our remodel was complete in the time quoted of 6 weeks. We need to remodel our bathrooms next and will not consider using any other contractor. Late on a Friday he ran out of full length boards, and even though Iâ d approved allowing him to piece boards together, he decided to go back and get more wood since he didnâ t think weâ d be satisfied with the end result. He did this even though he knew it would delay the start of his weekend. Weâ re very pleased with the end result! Weâ ve recommended him to a number of people in the homeowners association."
