"I am very happy with Luis and his crew. They remodeled a master bathroom shower. Taking out the old phone booth and installing a barrier free shower complete with subway tile on the walls and mosaic for the bathroom floors. They also replaced the floor tile in my guest bathroom. Oil-based polyurethane sealants let out more odors and fumes into the air (it’s especially important to wear a respirator if you choose this type), but they take longer to dry, which can be more forgiving during the finishing step.

Then, unroll the carpet pad and cut sections as needed. Staple the carpet pad to the subfloor along the edges, leaving the tack strips exposed.
